It’s come to that time again. It’s time that we will all be starting to think about where want to stay whilst studying in the UK next year.

What is a rebooker?
Rebookers are students that are already staying with AXO, AKA some of the most fantastic human beings on the planet. When you rebook to stay with us again for the following academic year, you’ll earn access to lots of priority prices and incredible offers. Sounds appealing, right?
If you rebook now, you’re guaranteed to get the cheapest room rates possible. The quicker our rooms get snapped up, the quicker the price point moves up. What are you waiting for?!
Once your booking is complete, we’ll also give you the chance to choose your dream room. By cross referencing with the building floor plans on our website, you can decide where you would like to live for the year. Here’s a tip, find out which room your bestie has chosen and say, ‘hello new next-door neighbour!’
And finally, when you rebook with AXO, you can cancel your booking for free at any time until April 30th, 2023. We don’t want you to feel restricted to any contracts, and we’re kind like that!
Why should I rebook with AXO?

Our buildings are split into four different cities:
In London we offer a range of locations, from the Central London AXO Oxford Circus which is just minutes from London’s best shopping streets to AXO Camden in trendy North London with a vibrant night life. All the AXO locations in London are located close to the capital’s top universities and near brilliant transport links.
In Coventry we also have a range of locations conveniently located near universities like Coventry University and Warwick University. Our largest site, Paradise Student Village, has a whopping 1040 rooms, providing lots of opportunities to meet new people and build your student community. We also offer some of our best facilities in Coventry, including the Gym, Cinema Room and Café.
Down the road from Newcastle with easily accessible transport links, AXO Sunderland is the perfect high-end student accommodation in Sunderland’s city centre. Between our fantastic facilities and a short walk to Sunderland University, staying with AXO is the right option for you. These facilities include the likes of an on-site gym, cinema room, games room and a luxury dining area.
If you’re planning to study in Ipswitch, then AXO Suffolk is the place for you. With incredible views close to the waterfront area of Ipswitch, AXO offer amazing facilities as well as cosy, furnished, en-suite rooms. The property is also just a short walk from University of Suffolk and the Town Centre. There’s nothing wrong with a smidge of retail therapy after a long, hard day of revising!

Our facilities are some of the best out there. We have a range of shared gym facilities, media & cinema rooms, and our buzzing common rooms that host our incredible AXO Life student events.
Our AXO Life program provides ongoing events for our in-house students. These can vary from parties, giveaways and festivals on each site for our residents to take part in and get to know each other, as well as celebrating various multi-cultural traditions.
We host fantastic events for our student community, such as Sip N Paint, Wingo and World Cup Tournaments.
