Visa Refusal Cancellation Policy

If your visa application is denied and, as a result, you are unable to enter the UK to commence your university studies, you may request to cancel your booking without being held to the remainder of the contract, provided the conditions below are met.

To be eligible, you must:

• Submit a formal cancellation request via our designated cancellation process

• Provide official evidence of visa refusal

• Submit both within 7 calendar days of the date stated on the visa refusal correspondence

All supporting documentation will be reviewed and verified by our team.

Please note:

• Advance rent payments are non-refundable in the event of a visa refusal

• No further rent will be due once the cancellation has been approved

• Requests submitted outside of the 7-day window may not be accepted

Once your cancellation request and documentation have been reviewed and approved, your agreement will be formally cancelled in line with the above policy.
