Terms and Conditions – AXO Life StudentCrowd Competition
1. This competition is organised by AXO Student Living, at 184 Shepherds Bush Rd, London W6 7PF
How to Enter

2. To enter the competition, you must review an AXO Student Living property on StudentCrowd.com, then provide proof of review to either @AXOstudent on social media or to a Site Team Member at the property
3. The competition will be valid from 01/01/2023 to 28/02/2023
4. Students may enter the competition once
5. Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the competition
6. The competition is free to enter
7. By entering the competition, you agree to the terms and conditions set out in this document
8. AXO Student Living has the right to refuse entry or award the prize if the terms and conditions have been breached
Eligibility
9. Competitions run by AXO Student Living are only open to students living in one of our properties unless stated otherwise
10. If you enter, you are confirming that you are eligible to do so. AXO Student Living may require you to prove that you are eligible to enter and potentially win the prize
11. AXO Student Living has the right to disqualify students based on their conduct
The Prize
12. There will be one winner who will each receive the prize of a £100 Deliveroo voucher
The Draw
13. The AXO Life team will choose the winners. The AXO Life team will vote to pick the best idea suggested
14. AXO Student Living will contact the winners no less than 3 days after the competition closes. The winners will then have 7 days to claim their prize. If a winner fails to claim their prize within this timeframe, another winner will be chosen.
15. The prize will be sent to the winners within 14 days after they have claimed it
16. The prize cannot be changed or transferred and no cash alternative will be given. AXO Student Living has the right to replace or change the prize to an equal or higher value if it is necessary
17. The decision of AXO Student Living regarding the competition and prize is final
18. AXO Student Living has the right to cancel, suspend or amend the competition if it becomes necessary
Limitation of liability
19. As permitted by the law, AXO Student Living will not be responsible to compensate the winner or accept any loss or damage that has occurred in the acceptance of the prize
Data protection and publicity
20. AXO Student Living is committed to protecting and respecting every student’s privacy
21. By entering the competition, you are agreeing that any personal information you have given may be used internally by AXO Student Living for the purpose of providing the prize and announcing the winners’ names via our social media stories
Governing Law
22. All AXO Student Living competitions and prizes will be governed by the English Law
