How to report a maintenance problem

Throughout the year you may need maintenance support. Reporting a maintenance problem at AXO is easy and we aim to resolve the issue within 48 hours. 

How to report a problem 

  1. Speak to a member of staff at reception 
  2. Please give details of problem and your room number 

 

  • In an emergency the issue will be resolved as soon as possible
  • If not, we will solve the maintenance issue within 48 hours 
  • If you have any further questions please speak to a member of staff
