How to report a problem
- Speak to a member of staff at reception or email them
- Please give details of the problem along with your room number
How we will deal with it
- In an emergency the issue will be resolved as soon as possible
- If not, we will solve the maintenance issue within 48 hours
- If you have any further questions please speak to a member of staff
