Broad Lane House (formerly 1 Broad Lane) is perfect for students at the University of Warwick. It’s a high specification development of en-suite and non en-suite rooms, with modern social spaces.
Broad Lane House is located on the south side of Coventry in a peaceful area; very close to Earlsdon. It is in a particularly great location for the University of Warwick, with a direct bus getting you to the University of Warwick main campus in 15 minutes, or you could cycle. You can get to Coventry University in 20 minutes by bus or in around 10-15 minutes by train.
The friendly on-site customer service and maintenance team are also on hand if you need them for anything, whether it’s help with your room or advice on the local area.
Also remember, all AXO residents living in any of our Coventry sites have complimentary access to the fantastic new facilities at Paradise Student Village including the Gym, Cinema Room and Cafe.
