1.This voucher cannot be combined with any other offers/promotions/vouchers.

2.It is only valid between Wednesday, 24th April 2024 and Sunday, 30th June 2024 (inclusive) during the stores’ business hours.

3.This offer is available for walk-in customers only.

4.Entrants into the voucher shall be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.

5.There is no cash alternative [i.e. not transferable divisible or permitted to be sold, resold or (unless sharing is expressly permitted) gifted].

6.The voucher owner hold full responsibility for checking allergen content and dietary restrictions before product consumption. For more information on allergens, please ask the staff in-store before consuming.

7.Any personal data of entrants will be used as per the UK’s implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the UK and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

10.Mooboo reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this voucher with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of Mooboo in all matters under its control is final and binding.

11.Mooboo shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
