- Offer applies to the following room types only for new 2026/27 bookings:
- Premium / Accessible Studios
- Superior Studios
- Superior Deluxe Studios
- Cashback amounts are based on tenancy length:
- 43-week contract: £350 cashback
- 51-week contract: £400 cashback
- Cashback will be applied to the final rent instalment or deducted from the total contract value.
- Offer is subject to room availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
- Students must have signed their tenancy agreement and paid any required advance rent or deposit in line with booking terms.
- Offer is valid for direct bookings and approved partner bookings only.
- Students must remain in occupation at the property at the time the cashback is applied.
- If a booking is cancelled, terminated, transferred, or tenancy obligations are breached prior to cashback application, the offer will become void.
- Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives.
