TERMS AND CONDITIONS – AXO CAMDEN 2025/26 LIMITED AVAILABILITY INCENTIVE
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY.
Book at AXO Student Living Camden for the 2025–26 academic year and receive £50 per week off the standard website accommodation fee on selected room types.
This incentive is applicable to Bronze Studio and Bronze Studio Deluxe room types only.
The £50 per week reduction is applied against AXO Student Living’s standard published website rates at the time of booking.
Applicable to all 2025/26 bookings made from Friday, 30 January 2026, subject to availability.
Bookings must be made through the AXO Student Portal, in person, or via telephone.
Tenancy length must meet the minimum contract length applicable to the selected room type.
This incentive is limited, provided on a first-come, first-served basis, and remains valid only until such time as AXO Student Living withdraws the incentive.
You must have signed your Tenancy Agreement and received a confirmation email for the incentive to be valid.
The accommodation fee reduction will be reflected in the total weekly rent displayed at the point of booking and across the payment schedule for the duration of the tenancy.
The accommodation fee reduction will only be honoured once all required registrations, proof-of-study documentation, and any required advance rental payments have been received in full.
A week’s advanced rent payment will be required, and the Lease Agreement must be signed in order to complete the booking and secure your room.
This incentive cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount.
If a booking is cancelled, the incentive will be deemed null and void, and AXO Student Living will retain the week’s advance rental value in line with standard cancellation terms.
The incentive is not transferable to another tenant should you cancel your booking and provide your own replacement.
AXO Student Living reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or extend this incentive at any time without prior notice.
