TERMS AND CONDITIONS – FREE CANCELLATION UNTIL END OF MARCH 2025

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY.

Cancel at any point up until (and including) the 31st March 2025 and be released from your 2025-26 contract with no further obligation to the contract signed.

• This promotion is in addition to the AXO Student Living’s standard cancellation policies within the Tenancy Agreement 2025-26, which can be found on the “Terms and Conditions” page on the website. The standard cancellation policies remain unaffected by this addition.

• This promotion is only applicable to tenancies for the 2025-26 Academic Year.

• Applicable to bookings made through the AXO Student Portal, in person or via telephone.

• Valid for all bookings made from 13th November 2024 until the 31st March 2025.

• Cancellations to be made through the online portal, via the AXO Hub no later than 5pm on 31st March 2025; the standard cancellation terms shall apply after;

The cancellation will be processed by a member of the AXO Student Living team where a cancellation email will be sent for confirmation of release.

The Advanced Rent payment shall be retained by AXO Student Living.

• Excludes bookings for the 2025-26 academic year referred through a nomination.

• Deferred 2024-25 bookings will not be valid and the standard cancellation terms will apply.

• Eligible for tenancies with a move-in date on the 06th September 2025 on a 16, 39, 43 or 51-week contract length (subject to availability).

• Should a booking be cancelled via the Free Cancellation period, then all further promotions shall be deemed null and void

• The cancellation promotion will only be valid once all registrations and proof of study status documents have been received, advance rent payment and any outstanding amounts have been paid in full.

• AXO Student Living has the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion at any time.
