Rebook at AXO Coventry, Paradise Student Village, for the 2025-26 academic year and receive

£400 off your total accommodation fee.

• Applicable to bookings made through the AXO Student Portal, in person or via telephone.

• Tenancy to be a minimum of 39-weeks.

• Valid for all bookings made from 12 November 2024 at AXO Paradise Student Village subject to availability.

• This offer is limited, provided on a first come first served basis and only valid until such time as AXO Student remove the offer.

• You must have signed your Tenancy for your room online and received a confirmation email for the promotion to be valid.

• The accommodation fee discount will be applied to the final instalment of fees in 2025-26 providing all rent payments are up to date. For full payments, the accommodation fee discount will be applied on the first payment in 2025.

• The accommodation fee discount will only be provided once all registrations and proof of study status documents have been received, 1st instalment and any outstanding amounts have been paid in full.

• There is an exclusive 48-hour window for inhouse residents to rebook for the 2025-26 academic year. Once this has passed, all rooms will be open for booking to the public.

• AXO Student Living has the right to terminate, amend or extend this promotion at any time.

• A week’s advanced rent payment will be required, and the Lease Agreement for your room will need to be signed, to complete the booking and secure your room for 2025-26.

• These Terms & Conditions are in conjunction with those on the online booking system found at axostudent.co.uk.

• This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• Should a booking be cancelled, then this will be deemed null and void and the promotion will not be valid.

• The promotion is not transferable to any other Tenant should you cancel your booking and provide your own replacement tenant.
