TERMS AND CONDITIONS – 2026/27 EARLY BOOKER PROMOTION

PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY. 

  • Book at AXO London, AXO Camden, for the 2026–27 academic year and receive cashback off your total accommodation fee depending on tenancy length.  
  • 51-week tenancies qualify for a £400 accommodation fee discount. 
  • 42-week tenancies qualify for a £350 accommodation fee discount.  
  • Applicable to bookings made through the AXO Student Portal, in person, or via telephone.  
  • Tenancy must be a minimum of 42 weeks.  
  • Valid for all bookings made from 01 December 2025 at AXO Camden, subject to availability.  
  • This offer is limited, provided on a first-come, first-served basis and only valid until such time as AXO Student Living withdraws the promotion.  
  • You must have signed your Tenancy Agreement online and received a confirmation email for the promotion to be valid.  
  • The accommodation fee discount will be applied to the final instalment of fees in 2026–27, provided all rent payments are up to date. For tenants paying in full, the accommodation fee discount will be applied to the first payment in 2026. 
  • The accommodation fee discount will only be provided once all registrations and proof-of-study documents have been received, and the first instalment and any outstanding amounts have been paid in full.  
  • AXO Student Living reserves the right to terminate, amend, or extend this promotion at any time.  
  • A week’s advanced rent payment will be required, and the Lease Agreement must be signed in order to complete the booking and secure your room for 2026–27.  
  • These Terms & Conditions are in conjunction with those on the online booking system found at axostudent.co.uk.  
  • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.  
  • If a booking is cancelled, the promotion will be deemed null and void, and AXO Student Living will retain the week’s advance rental value.  
  • The promotion is not transferable to another tenant should you cancel your booking and provide your own replacement.
