• Offer is available for new bookings on all room types only at AXO Coventry sites for the 2026/27 academic year
• Cashbacks are based on tenancy lengths 39-weeks to 51-weeks and are £200
• Cashback to be used alongside existing promotions and are an addition
• Cashback will be applied to the final rent instalment or deducted from the total contract value
• Offer is subject to room availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice
• Students must have signed their tenancy agreement and paid any required advance rent or deposit in line with booking terms
• Offer is valid for direct bookings and approved partner bookings only
• Students must remain in occupation at the property at the time the cashback is applied
• If a booking is cancelled, terminated, transferred, or tenancy obligations are breached prior to cashback application, the offer will become void
• Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives
• AXO Student Living reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time
