• Students booking a tenancy of 39, 42 or 51 weeks will receive £600 cashback.
• Cashback can be used alongside existing promotions and is an additional offer.
• Cashback will be applied to the final rent instalment or deducted from the total contract value.
• The offer is subject to room availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Students must have signed their tenancy agreement and paid any required advance rent or deposit in line with the booking terms.
• The offer is valid for direct bookings and approved partner bookings only.
• Students must remain in occupation at the property at the time the cashback is applied.
• If a booking is cancelled, terminated, transferred, or tenancy obligations are breached prior to cashback application, the offer will become void.
• Cashback cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.
