• Offer is available for new bookings at AXO Islington for the 2026/27 academic year.
• Eligible students will receive:
• £300 cashback, applied to the final rent instalment or deducted from the total contract value.
• One £100 IKEA Gift Card issued upon successful move-in and completion of check-in.
• Offer is subject to room availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Cashback cannot be exchanged for cash alternatives.
• IKEA Gift Cards are limited to one per booking agreement.
• Students must have signed their tenancy agreement and paid any required advance rent or deposit in line with booking terms.
• Offer is only valid for bookings completed directly with AXO Student Living or via approved partners.
• Students must remain in occupation at the property at the time the cashback is applied.
• If a booking is cancelled, terminated, transferred, or tenancy obligations are breached prior to move-in or cashback application, the offer will become void.
