To secure your room, you only need to pay one week’s advance rent.
No traditional deposit. No large upfront payment.

Cancel with No Liability Until 31 March 2026

If your plans change, simply cancel before 31 March 2026.
We will retain your one week’s advance rent, but you won’t owe anything else.

Free Gap-Week Bridging (51-Week Contracts)

If you book a 51-week stay, AXO will cover the gap between the 25/26 and 26/27 tenancy periods — meaning no extra cost and no need to move out temporarily.

Weekly £100 Amazon Gift Card Prize Draw

From launch until the end of December, every student who rebooks is entered into a weekly prize draw to win a £100 Amazon voucher.
