If your plans change, simply cancel before 31 March 2026.
We will retain your one week’s advance rent, but you won’t owe anything else.

Free Gap-Week Bridging (51-Week Contracts)

If you are currently on a 51-week stay, AXO will cover the gap between the 25/26 and 26/27 tenancy periods — meaning no extra cost and no need to move out temporarily (must book a 39-week minimum contract for 26/27).
