2024/25 Refer a Friend Offer

The terms and conditions of the Refer a Friend offer are set out below:

1. This offer is open from 9.00am on 01 November 2023 to 5.30pm on 31 December 2024 (“Offer Period”). Applying to customers who refer during the 2024/25 academic year.

2. The Refer a Friend value (£200) will be applied as a credit to the qualifying customer’s account with AXO Student Living and will be deducted from the first rent instalment payable pursuant to the customer’s 2024/25 tenancy agreement. No other payment alternatives are available.

3. To qualify, a referrer must be a current or previous resident with AXO Student Living, having or have had a valid tenancy agreement for a minimum of 16 weeks AND the referred friend must satisfy all the following conditions:

 

  • must not have a current or previous year tenancy agreement with AXO Student Living;
  • complete a room booking at AXO Student Living for the 2024/25 academic year during the Offer Period;
  • undertaking a course of study at an institution of further and/or higher education in the United Kingdom during the 2024/25 academic year;
  • check-in to the AXO Student Living property where the booking was made at the start of the 2024/25 tenancy period; and
  • be living with AXO Student Living for 2024/25 academic year with a valid tenancy agreement for a minimum of 16 weeks and without having given AXO Student Living notice of cancellation.

 

4. For a booking to be considered complete, the referred friend must have accepted the terms and conditions of AXO Student Living’s 2024/25 tenancy agreement, paid the deposit (if any) and any applicable cooling off or cancellation period must have expired without the friend giving AXO Student Living notice of cancellation. Internet access is required.

5. Bookings that complete after 5.30pm on 31 December 2024 will not qualify for this offer.

6. In order for a referrer to be acknowledged and paid for their referral the student who has been referred must select the ‘friend referral’ option then write their friends full name in the ‘comment’ field during their online registration.

7. Rooms are subject to availability.

8. All other terms and conditions of the Refer a Friend offer continue to apply.

9. This offer cannot be applied in conjunction with any other offers.

10. Customers who are in rent arrears or who are otherwise in breach of their 2023/24 tenancy agreement are not eligible for this offer.

11. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.

12. This offer:

 

  • cannot be applied retrospectively to customers who have already completed a booking at an AXO Student Living property for the 2024/25 academic year; and
  • excludes bookings for the 2024/25 academic year referred through a nomination or referral agreement or an agent.

13. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.

14. AXO Student Living reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.
