How to Claim or Activate Your Insurance
If you are staying with us for 2025/26, all you need to do to access your policy is enter your email address using the link below:

Once you’ve activated your policy, you’ll receive a copy of your cover details and access to Gallagher’s claims portal. Be sure to check your level of cover and make any adjustments for high-value items if necessary.
