AXO Waterloo Hosts Successful Launch Event with Global Agents and Partners
A Warm Welcome to AXO Waterloo
We were thrilled to officially launch AXO Waterloo (Formerly Xenia Hall), our newest student accommodation in central London, with a special event bringing together some of our key international agents and partners.
Located just moments from the London Eye, South Bank, and Thames Riverside, AXO Waterloo offers students the ultimate experience of city living in London — with a mixture of en-suite, non-en-suite and twin rooms available, a vibrant community, and access to everything the capital has to offer.
During the event, guests were given a first look inside the property, exploring our new bedrooms, stylish communal areas, and discovering what makes AXO Waterloo a stand-out choice for both UK and international students.

Our launch event was attended by several of our valued international education partners, including uHomes and Lavanda, who work closely with students around the world to help them find trusted, high-quality accommodation while studying in the UK.
These partnerships are key to helping us provide a seamless and supportive experience for international students moving to London — from booking their room to settling in and making new friends.

We know that for many residents, the moment they move in and close their door for the first time is when feelings of loneliness, anxiety, or overwhelm can begin to surface. To ensure no student ever feels alone, every AXO room features dedicated Behind Every Door marketing materials equipped with a QR code linking directly to the Hub of Hope – the UK’s leading mental health support database.
The Hub of Hope enables students to instantly access verified mental health services and crisis support in their local area, ensuring help is always available whenever they need it.
AXO Staff as Ambassadors of Hope
All AXO staff members are trained Ambassadors of Hope, giving them the confidence to signpost students to appropriate support services and promote an open, stigma-free culture around mental health. This initiative is available to everyone — partners, staff, and residents who wish to learn more.
