COVID-19 policy update – Third rent installment discount

Given the current uncertainty of the global climate and with a large number of our residents choosing to move out of their rooms before their contracted check-out dates, AXO Student Living’s management have been discussing ways to both alleviate some of the financial burden for our residents whilst still being conscious that they have a business to operate.

For this reason, a decision has been made to offer all of our residents who are yet to pay their April instalment a 20% discount on this instalment, as long as payment is received before 10 April 2020*.

If for any other reason a student residing in any of our residencies is struggling to pay their third and final instalment of rent then we ask them to contact their relevant site as soon as possible in order to discuss the possibility of a flexible payment plan (site contact details below).

Unlike many others across the UK, our business continues to operate for the wellbeing of the many students who are still staying with us and as such the AXO Student Living team are working tirelessly to make sure the building is maintained to the highest level of care & hygiene.

*If any residents are reliant on their student finance to pay this instalment and experience a delay in receiving this payment, then as long as correspondence is supplied from Student Finance England via the student as evidence of when payment will be received then the discount ‘deadline’ will be extended.
